?Culture is the widening of the mind and spirit.? with a feeling that the world is one family , A wide range of activities were organized for the students of classes V to VIII as  a part of the ISA Activity under the project titled ? Lingua Connect ?  on 10 may 2019 in the school premises. The students  of class V prepared a picture dictionary on the fruits , vegetables and general words in French and Hindi  language .The pictionary was based on the research work done by the students for the countries India and France. A grand display of the students? work was held on 6th May 2019 in the school corridors and in the AV room presenting a gallore of the french culture dresses and popular attractions of France. A   special assembly was organized on   Friday,10th May 2019  for the students of classes VI to VIII. Students shared common grreting words and few dialogues  , sang a song, recited poems in french and hindi . There was a spectacular dance performance on French  and Indian song  . This was followed by a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem of France and India by the students creating the patriotic ambience.  

The students  under the able guidance of teachers ensured that the assembly was executed  in a disciplined manner respecting the national anthem of the two countries.

In the process of learning the National Anthem of the two nations the  students not only excelled in their singing skills but also developed the aptitude for learning &understanding the national languages of the two countries. The students also updated themselves with the culture and historical references of the two countries.  They learned to respect the national flag and the anthem and its significance. Through these activities, the students were able to develop their thinking ,social and creativity skills.
