It provided students with a comprehensive introduction to yoga, including asanas, pranayama, and meditation. The event fostered an understanding of the importance of physical and mental well-being, encouraging students to incorporate yoga into their daily lives. By celebrating International Yoga Day, our school demonstrated its commitment to promoting holistic health and mindfulness among students and the entire school community which was possible only because of the dynamic leadership, guidance and support of the school principal, Mrs Mala Sood.
